Shipping
Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we currently offer shipping to Australia, UK/Europe, USA and Canada. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by your (the customer) local government and will be the customer’s responsibility. By purchasing through our store you agree to cover any costs incurred.
​
If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund or store credit. Should this amount exceed the entire amount of your order you will receive no money back nor any store credit.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are packed within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders for delivery within New Zealand can take from 1-3 business days to arrive depending on where you are located! Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 4-16 days.

What shipping carriers do you use?
​
For delivery within New Zealand we use Courier Post. For international orders we use either DHL or NZ Post.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
​
No, currently we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers are fully satisfied with all our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly with your order number and we’ll take you through the process.

Costs associated with postage of the return of any items are with consumer.

Can I exchange my product?
​
Exchanges can only be offered on items with wrong sizing.
​
All items must be in perfect condition with all tags still attached.
​
Costs associated with postage & packaging will be at consumers expense.

The business trading name is Go Hard. The legal business name is DR & CL Douglas Partnership.
The name that will appear on your receipt will be
DR & CL Douglas Partnership with Go Hard logo.
